description: How to navigate to the Improved Import, Export & Mass Actions app within the Shopware 6 admin panel.

You can find the app in the "Extensions" section of your Shopware 6 administration panel. Simply navigate to **Extensions > Improved Import, Export & Mass Actions**.

When you land on the main page of the app, the Import screen is selected by default. To switch between Import and Export procedures, select the corresponding option on the system bar.

After that, continue with:

1. [Import Overview](/import/overview/) to create an import profile
2. [Export Overview](/export/overview/) to create an export profile
3. [Troubleshooting](/troubleshooting/) if the app does not load or connect correctly
